Our Process

Define

Works of art require time, thought, and detail to sculpt. The same can be said for buildings. Our client-centered approach thrives on an exchange of ideas to produce extraordinary results. The beginning of our process always begins with an in-depth consultation with clients to discover their desires and intent for the project.

Design

Next, we’ll use the valuable insight from our initial consultation to combine our creativity and your contributions to craft an elegant, thoughtful design. Once we’ve created a base concept, we’ll share several drawings for you to view, make suggestions, and accept.

Refine

At this stage, we’ll begin refining the small details of your design, project timeline, and budget layout. Our goal is to create a clear, reciprocal understanding with you so that we can write a mutually beneficial contract.

Build

After we’ve reached an agreement and signed a contract, we’ll commence with the build phase. You can decide to employ our build division to execute your project, or we can meet and consult with your chosen contractors.
