Our Process

Define

Like other great works of art, great buildings require time, collaboration, and research to sculpt. We begin our process by consulting with clients to uncover their desires and intent for the project. Our people-centered approach relies on a comprehensive exchange of ideas for successful collaboration.

Design

After gaining valuable insight from our initial consultation, we transpose the client’s contributions into an elegant design. We’ll then provide several drawings for clients to view, make suggestions, and accept.

Refine

The refining stage allows us to focus on the small details of the design, project timeline, and budget layout. By reaching a clear, reciprocal understanding with the client, we can draw up a mutually understood and beneficial contract.

Build

Once a contract has been signed, the building phase will be primed to commence. Our build department may execute your project; we can also arrange to meet with your chosen contractors.
