Define

Like other works of art, exceptional buildings demand time, collaboration, and thorough research to craft. Our process begins with in-depth consultations to uncover the clients’ preferences, requirements, and project intentions. We believe a robust exchange of ideas is key to uncovering what our clients truly want and need.

Design

Once we have gathered all the insight we need, we can translate our clients’ contributions into a sophisticated design. At this point, we’ll have a general idea of what the building will look like, but we always provide several drawings for clients to view, make suggestions, and accept.

Refine

The refining stage allows us to focus on the small details of the design, project timeline, and budget layout. By reaching a clear, reciprocal understanding with the client, we can draw up a mutually understood and beneficial contract.

Build

Once a contract has been signed, the building phase can commence. You have the option to work with our skilled design-build crew, or we can arrange to meet with your chosen contractors.
