The 14th Avenue House is a remodel and addition to a 1925 bungalow. Recycled wood weaves the various parts of the meandering floor plan together, deep into the site. A master suite was added to the original 750 sq ft building mass, and a shop/ office conclude the site to the east, creating a small exterior space that captures sun and sound.
