The Malden House is a major remodel of a 1949 home in Eastmoreland. The original house was well sited with long south and north sides and required major kitchen, master suite and circulation changes in plan to become the light filled house that it is today. All systems, windows and doors and every surface was renewed to help it enjoy the natural surroundings and bring it into the 21st century.
