The Cable Hill House is a major remodel of a 1979 residence on a corner lot.  Selective changes were made in plan to modernize the house for the new owners.  A simple language of wood and steel transformed this once white sheetrock box into a rich and cozy home.  New windows, plan changes and screens create a unique interface of public and private spaces as it addresses the street outside.
